Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 3, 2026
Necro Market ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our mobile application (the "App").
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
- In-App Purchases: When you make purchases through the App, payment processing is handled by the platform store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
- Support Requests: If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and the content of your communication.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Anonymous Account and Profile Data: We use Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous account identifier (UID) and Firebase Firestore to store a lightweight user profile. This profile may include your anonymous UID, authentication provider, account timestamps, language code, country code, app version, platform, device model, operating system version, and account access flags used to manage features or entitlements.
- Analytics Data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect usage data, including game events (for example searches, item transactions, achievements, rewarded ad interactions, and time-integrity events), session-related information, and device/app metadata.
- Crash Data: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports, including stack traces, device state at the time of the crash, and app version. This data helps us identify and fix bugs.
- Advertising Data: We use Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers (for example Advertising ID), IP address, approximate location derived from IP, and ad interaction data. Where required, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request consent for advertising.
- Notification Permission and Scheduling Data: If you allow notifications, the App may schedule local on-device notifications for gameplay events such as task completions, daily rewards, shop refreshes, and event reminders. These notifications are generated by the App on your device and are not push notifications sent from our servers.
1.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information unless you voluntarily provide it through support requests.
- We do not collect your location data.
- We do not collect contacts, photos, or files from your device.
- We do not collect health, financial, or sensitive personal information.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Game Functionality: To provide and maintain the game experience, including saving your progress, processing in-app purchases, and delivering rewards.
- Account and Entitlement Management: To create an anonymous player identity, sync basic profile metadata, and manage access flags or purchase-related entitlements.
- Analytics: To understand how players interact with the game, identify popular features, and improve gameplay balance.
- Crash Reporting: To identify and fix bugs, improving app stability.
- Advertising: To display rewarded advertisements that allow you to earn in-game benefits.
- Notifications: To remind you about optional in-game events and timers when you grant notification permission.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services that may collect information as described in their respective privacy policies:
4. Data Retention
- Game Progress: Stored locally on your device. We do not have access to your game save data.
- Anonymous Account/Profile Data: Stored in Firebase Authentication and Firestore for as long as needed to operate the App, manage entitlements, and support the related account features, unless deleted earlier.
- Analytics Data: Retained by Firebase for up to 14 months in accordance with Google's data retention policies.
- Crash Data: Retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to third parties except as described in this policy. We may share anonymized, aggregated data that does not identify individual users.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is rated for ages 12+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete such information.

To exercise these rights, please contact us at the email address below. For advertising consent, the App may display a consent flow when required by applicable law, and you may also be able to manage ad personalization through your device or platform privacy settings.
8. CCPA Rights (California Users)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
